Ricoh is a Japanese multinational imaging and electronics company, which produces electronic products, cameras and office equipment such as scanners, printers, photocopiers, and offers document management solutions.

Lisbon was chosen two consecutive years for the organisation of the Ricoh Emea annual meeting. As a complement to the plenary room, the client made use of a large exhibition area in order to present and demonstrate their amazing recent technologies and solutions.

Eventeam has created the layout of the rooms and supplied audiovisuals for the plenary room and all the support for the exhibition area, as well as the wi-fi and power distribution that has allowed to connect all the exhibitor’s equipment. Itinerant simultaneous interpretation systems were used for the rotative demo sessions.
