The Client
ASECAP is the European professional Association of operators of toll road infrastructures. ASECAP’s mission is to promote toll as the most efficient tool to finance the construction, operation and maintenance of motorways and other major road infrastructures.
The Brief
ASECAP Days 2016’s challenge was to adapt the venue’s main room to this event’s needs. The Hotel is a very old and classic building, has a ballroom with a difficult layout for any conference production, with too many pillars. Simultaneous Interpretation and branding for press interviews area were requested. Gala dinner was held in an off-site venue.
The Response
After brainstorming sessions and site visits, we have agreed with the client that the best option was double front projection with slightly angled screens, leaving a central area for the branded backdrop and panel sessions. The result was impressive taking into consideration the room conditions.
