Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd is the largest pharmaceutical company in Japan and Asia and a top 15 pharmaceutical company in the world. The company has over 30,000 employees worldwide and is focused on metabolic disorders, gastroenterology, neurology, inflammation, as well as oncology through its independent subsidiary, Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company.
The Brief
The EuCan T150 Digital Summit gathered members from Canada and several countries of Europe. The Summit was not only about digitalization, but also enable the attendees (members of Takeda and clients) to better understand the digital world from the perspective of the patient and customer. With this objective in mind Eventeam was challenged to create the conditions to ‘make it happen’.
The Response
Through an association of Design and New Technology, we merged top audiovisual equipment with trendy furniture achieving a unique result: generating interaction between the participants at all moments. A social wall was visible displaying all tweets instantly. The video mapping was used to create an impressive 29 m wide dynamic screen. Success was achieved with this exceptional event.
