AIA is a major insurance company in Asia.  AIA’s President Club Convention is the most respected annual AIA event, acknowledging the company’s top-performing Premier Agency Leaders and Premier Agents, who are among the top 5 to 15 agency leaders in the markets that AIA operates.This year, 250 Premier Leaders and Premier Agents from 14 AIA markets attended the event and Eventeam was requested to make an unforgettable event.

The plenary took place in the emblematic ballroom at the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon.A large LED video screen allowed for Picture in Picture and was set in a branded customized backdrop. The stage was specifically designed and built for the backdrop enhancing the speaker’s area, all this reinforced by an efficient lighting system.

Eventeam provided the production of the whole plenary including simultaneous interpretation system for four languages.
