The Brief
Halloween Agency has chosen Lisbon to bring together all of the group’s international collaborators (250 guests) for a 5-day sensory journey immersed in the world of the Nestlé Waters brands and contracted Eventeam for the whole production of this ambitious event.
The Response
The proposed solution included dynamic coloured lighting enhancing the various elements of the room, with special emphasis on the corporate backdrop that occupied the entire width of the room. The backdrop had elements in relief and depth, accommodating two large projection areas. The initials of the BW event were produced in 3D giant format and served as a lectern on the stage. A professional sound system ensured superior quality.
