The Brief
AIA is a major insurance company in Asia. AIA’s President Club Convention is the most respected annual AIA event, acknowledging the company’s top-performing premier agency directors and best agents, who are among the top five to fifteen agency leaders on the markets that AIA operates. This year, 250 premier leaders and premier agents from fourteen AIA markets attended the event and Eventeam was requested to transform the gala dinner into an unforgettable experience.
The Response
The dinner took place on the main square at the Páteo da Galé, a historic venue in Downtown Lisbon.We mapped the whole square and created amazing content that was projected and integrated in the elements of the room, forming an exceptional video-mapping experience.A special lighting enhanced the classic ballroom and the various entertainment acts during the dinner. LED screens were used in a secondary room for photo call purposes.
The room was also dressed and branded by Eventeam.
