ASECAP is the European professional association of operators of toll road infrastructures. ASECAP’s mission is to promote toll as the most efficient tool to finance the construction, operation and maintenance of motorways and other major road infrastructures.

ASECAP Days 2015 is the annual meeting of ASECAP. The two-day discussions are marked by technical and political sessions with key information and Q & A opportunities. It Hosts also the ASECAP Steering Committee and General Assembly, as well as an Exhibition Area, Welcome Dinner and Gala Dinner.

We have developed several floorplans and determined that rear projection was possible. Our service included a very efficient audiovisual solution, branding in the meeting room (branded backdrop and digital lectern) and in the exhibition area (not only for the exhibitors but also for the event itself). for the Gala dinner, we have covered the audio and lighting solutions.
