Groundfish Forum is a meeting place for leading members of the groundfish business worldwide. The basic aims of the Forum are to increase understanding of conditions in the groundfish industry, exchange information regarding government resource and other decisions, and provide better opportunities for all industry participants and for consumers.

The Groundfish Forum conference is a 3-day event held once a year. The first Groundfish Forum was held in Hamburg, Germany, in October 1992. Since then, the Forum has been held each October in various European cities, including Copenhagen, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Munich, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Bergen, Prague and Reykjavik.

Eventeam covered all needs of this event, starting with the conception of different floor plans to better determinate the most efficient layout considering the room, ending up by classroom.The solution offered included a large backdrop covering the whole back wall, where 3 large projection areas with live feed were used.

The branded backdrop was leant by a wide stage including branded lectern and stage furniture to accommodate panel sessions.  All this enhanced by an intelligent lighting system and a quality PA assuring audio reached every corner of the room.
