Estrella Damm is a lager beer, brewed in Barcelona, Spain. It has existed since 1876 when August Küntzmann Damm founded his brewery in Barcelona and is the flagship beer of S.A. Damm, a prominent brewery in the city. The brand is the oldest in Spain.
The Brief
After the successes in London, Miami and Melbourne, the Gastronomic Congress returned to Lisbon in a second edition, where the invited Chefs unveiled the essence and secrets of the best contemporary cuisine. A space for dialogue and learning with an incursion of what may be the future of gastronomy and innovative foods. It proved to be a unique and exclusive gastronomic event that peppered, with innovation and creativity, the Portuguese kitchen and catering sector with 350 professionals in the gastronomic industry.
The Response
The Gastronomic Congress took place in the historical and industrial venue LX Factory. Eventeam has covered the Live Cooking show with remote-controlled cameras with direct display of the mixed result on the large screen.
A stage was built to elevate the Michelin Chefs interventions, and this was enhanced by a bright lighting system.
A professional PA assured the audio covered the whole venue.
