The challenge was huge, we had to create a 2-day event gathering a conference, 2 outside dinners one of them was a themed dinner with loads of animation and an exhibition at their Distribution Center. The delegates were fully kept occupied either with main conference and workshops or with teambuilding activities mixing fun and Portuguese tradition.

With only six weeks to design the event, Eventeam has demonstrated its ability to work in a hurry, without any aspect being overlooked. Ingenuity and creativity have come together for a final result that goes beyond the client’s expectations.
